Reformer Pilates for All Stages of Pregnancy
This 3-hour workshop provides Pilates instructors with the knowledge and practical skills to train women safely and effectively before, during, and after pregnancy using the Reformer. Participants will learn modifications, contraindications, and progressive movement strategies for all trimesters and postpartum recovery.The focus is on safety, comfort, and functional strength while maintaining the Pilates principles of control, breath, and flow.Instructors will gain confidence in adapting Reformer exercises for each pregnancy stage and designing sessions that support core stability, pelvic floor awareness, and postural alignment.
