Yes. Balanced Body instructor certifications are internationally recognized.
Balanced Body is an NPCP® (Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher) approved education provider, and its programs are widely accepted by studios and fitness facilities worldwide.
2. Do I need prior Pilates experience to join Balanced Body trainings?
No. Prior Pilates experience is not mandatory to begin Balanced Body teacher training.
For participants without a Pilates background, the Movement Principles course serves as the entry point. This foundational training introduces core Pilates concepts and prepares participants for further education within the Balanced Body system.

The Movement Principles course introduces the fundamental concepts of movement used throughout the Balanced Body system.

4. Can I teach Pilates with a Reformer 1 certificate?
