By accessing this website, purchasing any service, or participating in any training, workshop, or consultancy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services
We provide professional Pilates-related services including but not limited to:
- In-person Pilates teacher training programs in Dubai
- Workshops and continuing education courses (CEC)
- Online courses and digital training programs
- Consultancy services for studios and fitness facilities
- Educational materials, manuals, and video content
3. Eligibility
By purchasing or registering for any service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- All information provided is accurate and complete
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers including Stripe and integrated payment systems (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).
We do not store full credit card details.
All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.
VAT will be applied where required under applicable UAE law. If VAT is not currently applicable, prices are displayed exclusive of VAT.
5. Course Registration & Participation
Your registration is confirmed only after full payment or an agreed installment arrangement.
The Company reserves the right to:
- Modify schedules
- Change training locations
- Replace instructors when necessary
- Cancel or reschedule programs due to operational needs or force majeure
If a program is cancelled by the Company, participants will be offered a reschedule or refund.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the conditions stated herein and any additional terms communicated at the time of purchase.
Bank fees, transaction charges, and third-party processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
7. Digital Products & Online Content
Digital products, online courses, and downloadable materials are generally non-refundable once accessed or delivered, except where required by applicable law.
Access credentials are personal and may not be shared.
Unauthorized distribution, copying, recording, or resale of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to:
- Course materials
- Videos
- Manuals
- Logos
- Branding elements
are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
9. Health & Liability Disclaimer
Participation in Pilates training involves physical activity.
By enrolling, you confirm that:
- You are physically capable of participating
- You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions
- You assume full responsibility for your health and safety
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, including indirect or consequential damages.
Participants are responsible for obtaining personal insurance if desired.
10. Media Release
Workshops, trainings, and events may include photography and video recording for educational and promotional purposes.
By participating, you grant the Company the right to use such media without compensation.
If you do not wish to appear in media materials, you must notify the Company in writing prior to the event.
11. Online Training Recordings
Online sessions may be recorded for quality control, educational archives, or limited promotional use.
We do not publish identifiable participant content without appropriate consent.
12. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Government restrictions
- Visa issues
- Travel disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Public health emergencies
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
15. Consultancy Services
All consultancy services are provided based on professional expertise and industry experience.
The Company does not guarantee specific business outcomes, results, or financial performance.
Clients remain fully responsible for the implementation of any advice, strategies, or recommendations provided.
16. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
