Dynamic Reformer Flow with the Jumpboard

This workshop is designed for Pilates instructors who wish to enhance their teaching skills in group and private Reformer settings using the Jumpboard. Participants will learn to create dynamic, rhythmic, and safe Reformer flows that build strength, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance while maintaining precision and control.
The course focuses on effective cueing, transition design, and programming that blends traditional Pilates principles with athletic flow and energy. By the end of the workshop, instructors will be able to teach multi-level Jumpboard classes with improved confidence, creativity, and biomechanical awareness.


Information

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Demonstrate safe and efficient Jumpboard setup and client positioning on the Reformer.

• Teach dynamic, multi-level Jumpboard sequences that integrate traditional Pilates principles with athletic flow.

• Apply verbal and visual cueing strategies for group and private Reformer sessions.

• Modify Jumpboard exercises for various postural and physical conditions, including prenatal and spinal considerations.

• Maintain correct biomechanics and control while creating rhythmic, cardio-based Pilates flows.
