Reformer 1
Reformer 1 will be delivered in ANKARA in In person and online format by Feyzan Bilgen.
About this program
Reformer 1 introduces the foundational principles of Reformer Pilates and the Code Pilates teaching methodology. The program develops safe equipment setup and use, the fundamental Reformer repertoire, exercise analysis, effective cueing and introductory programming as one coherent learning experience.
Participants develop the movement-analysis and teaching skills needed to deliver safe Reformer sessions for beginner and intermediate clients. They build a stronger professional foundation in adapting exercises to different bodies, selecting suitable progressions and regressions, creating balanced class sequences and managing the equipment with control. The program prepares participants to progress to Reformer 2 and the next stages of the Reformer Teacher Training pathway.

Important notice. All cancellation requests are treated as cancellations regardless of the reason. This policy applies in all circumstances, including travel disruptions, visa issues, unexpected health conditions, family emergencies and work obligations. In exceptional and well-documented cases alternative solutions may be considered at our discretion; this does not create an automatic right to a refund or a reschedule.
