Code Pilates Academy · Italy
Terms and Conditions
Clear purchase, attendance, cancellation and consumer-rights terms for Code Pilates Academy programmes.
Version 16.62 · 30 August 2026
1. Operator and contracting seller
Code Pilates Academy is operated by Code Wellness and Education FZ-LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. General support: info@codepilates.com · +971 58 530 6620.
The Academy may provide curriculum, brand standards and academic oversight while a disclosed local Educator or Host sells and delivers a specific event. The legal seller for each purchase is the entity named in the order summary and invoice. A payment processor such as Stripe is not the seller merely because it processes the payment.
2. Scope and contract documents
These Terms apply to teacher-training programmes, workshops, live online sessions, on-demand learning, digital materials and consultancy purchased through Code Pilates Academy. The contract consists of mandatory law, the market supplement, the order summary, programme-specific information and these Terms, in that order where there is a genuine conflict.
A contract is formed when the named seller issues an enrolment or order confirmation. A card authorisation, application or waiting-list entry alone does not confirm a place.
3. Programme information and eligibility
Before payment, the programme page or order summary will state the content, intended outcomes, dates, time zone, place, teaching language, delivery method, total learning hours, educator, prerequisites, included materials, assessment requirements, access period and any separate examination or reassessment charge.
Participants must provide accurate information, meet disclosed prerequisites and follow reasonable safety and conduct instructions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, participants must be at least 18. Please do not submit health information unless it is requested for a stated safety or accessibility purpose. Before collecting it, the applicable Privacy Notice will explain the controller, purpose, legal basis, recipients, retention and applicable rights. Where consent is legally required, it will be requested separately; accepting these Terms is not consent to process health data. The programme does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
4. Prices, tax, currency and payment
The order summary shows the total price, currency, applicable tax treatment and unavoidable charges before payment. Optional items are not preselected. Banks and card issuers may impose their own exchange or foreign-transaction charges.
Instalments do not remove statutory cancellation rights. Until a statutory withdrawal or voluntary cancellation under sections 5 or 6 takes effect, due instalments remain payable. Afterwards, future instalments are due only to the extent permitted by section 6 and mandatory law. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method and currency.
5. Consumer supplement — Italy
For distance sales targeting consumers in Italy, the Italian Consumer Code and other mandatory protections apply. A consumer normally has 14 days from conclusion of a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason.
Early service performance or immediate digital supply requires the separate request, consent, acknowledgement and durable-medium confirmation required by law. A valid withdrawal is refunded within the applicable 14-day period, through the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and without cost to the consumer, subject to any lawful amount for a service begun at the consumer’s request. Any mandatory consumer forum remains available.
Model withdrawal statement
Copy or print this statement and send it to the seller identity and address shown in the order summary before the applicable deadline. You may copy info@codepilates.com.
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following programme or digital content:

- Order number: ____________________
- Order date: ____________________
- Consumer name: ____________________
- Consumer postal address: ____________________
- Order email: ____________________
- Date of request: ____________________
- Signature only if sent on paper: ____________________
6. Voluntary cancellation and transfer
After any statutory right has expired, the following default commercial policy applies unless the order summary offers more favourable terms:
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the table, refund percentages are calculated on amounts actually paid for the affected programme, after deducting any amount lawfully due for services already supplied. A 100% credit means credit equal to the remaining eligible amount paid. Statutory refunds are calculated under mandatory law and are not reduced by this commercial policy.
| Programme | Notice before start | Default option |
|---|---|---|
| Teacher training | 30+ days | Full refund of the eligible amount paid or one eligible transfer within 12 months |
| Teacher training | 15–29 days | 50% refund or 100% credit for one eligible transfer within 12 months |
| Teacher training | Fewer than 15 days | No additional voluntary cash refund; documented exceptional circumstances are reviewed fairly |
| Workshop | 14+ days | Full refund of the eligible amount paid or one eligible transfer within 12 months |
| Workshop | 7–13 days | 50% refund or 100% credit within 12 months |
| Workshop | Fewer than 7 days / no-show | No additional voluntary cash refund, subject to mandatory law |
Transfers are personal, subject to prerequisites and capacity. A cancellation is effective when received in writing by the seller contact shown in the order summary. From that time, future instalments are cancelled except to the extent that they represent services already supplied or reasonable costs disclosed before purchase and genuinely committed; the remaining balance does not automatically become due.
7. Changes or cancellation by the seller
The seller may make minor changes that do not materially reduce the programme’s content, learning hours or value, such as replacing an educator with a suitably qualified educator or making a limited timetable adjustment. A change to the start date, city or country, delivery mode (in person/online), a substantial part of the curriculum or learning hours, or any other change that materially affects participation is a material change. If a material change is made before the programme begins, the customer may accept it, take an eligible transfer, or cancel and receive a full refund of amounts paid for the affected programme. If it is made after the programme begins, mandatory rights and a full refund of the amount paid for the affected undelivered part remain available. The seller will notify the customer as soon as reasonably practicable. If the seller cancels a programme, the customer may choose a full refund of the undelivered service or an offered transfer. The seller is not responsible for independent travel or accommodation costs unless mandatory law requires otherwise; participants should avoid non-refundable travel until the event is confirmed.
8. Digital access and intellectual property
Course videos, manuals, assessments, branding and teaching materials are licensed for the enrolled participant’s personal study and teaching preparation. They may not be copied, shared, resold, recorded or uploaded without written permission. Access duration and technical requirements are shown before purchase. Nothing here prevents uses expressly permitted by law.
9. Attendance, assessment and certificates
Payment and attendance do not guarantee successful completion. Certificates are issued only after the stated attendance, practice, assignment, assessment and payment requirements are met. A Code Pilates certificate does not guarantee employment, immigration status, insurance, professional registration or the legal right to practise in every country.
Where a Code Pilates programme is listed in the NPCP School Directory, that listing has the meaning given by the directory at the relevant time and is not a guarantee that an individual will pass an independent examination.
10. Conduct, safety and accessibility
Participants must act respectfully and use equipment safely. A participant may be removed for serious misconduct, harassment, unsafe behaviour, fraud or material disruption after a proportionate review. We make reasonable efforts to support disclosed accessibility needs; please contact us before enrolment where an adjustment may be required.
11. Photography and marketing
Accepting these Terms does not grant promotional rights over a participant’s image, voice or testimonial. Marketing use requires a separate, optional consent that can be refused without affecting admission. Necessary classroom recording, identity verification or assessment recording will be explained separately.
12. Responsibility
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer remedies. Subject to those rights, neither party is responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
13. Complaints and disputes
Please first write to the seller named in the order summary and copy info@codepilates.com. Include the order number, programme, issue and requested outcome. We aim to acknowledge a complaint promptly and provide a reasoned response.
UAE purchases are subject to applicable UAE consumer protections. Purchases specifically targeted to a consumer in Türkiye, Italy, France, Belgium or another country also retain that market’s non-waivable consumer protection. A choice of UAE law does not remove those mandatory rights.
14. Updates, language and contact
The version accepted at checkout governs that purchase. A later update does not retrospectively reduce existing rights. The order summary identifies the controlling language if versions differ; a translated version never removes mandatory local rights.
