Booking & Confirmation
Sessions are reserved by selecting an available date and time through the booking calendar.
A booking is confirmed only upon successful completion of full payment.
Bookings are final once confirmed. Any modification requests must be submitted in writing via email
at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Upon payment confirmation, session details and Zoom access information will be sent to the registered email address.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the provided email address is accurate. Code Pilates Academy is not
responsible for missed communications due to incorrect email entry.
Participants are expected to come prepared regarding the subject of the consultation. Relevant materials, questions, documents, or background information should be reviewed and organized in advance to ensure the session is used efficiently and productively.
Participation Terms & Legal Framework
1. Session Duration & Format
Each consultancy session is delivered as booked (60 or 120 minutes depending on the selected service). Sessions are conducted online via Zoom or in person as specified. Sessions cannot be extended beyond the reserved time.
2. Payment & Reservation
Reservations are confirmed only upon full payment. Unpaid bookings are automatically cancelled. All prices are listed in AED and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling
All consultancy bookings are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling is not available through the booking system. Participants may submit a written rescheduling request via email at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Requests are reviewed individually and granted solely at the discretion of Code Pilates Academy. Requests submitted within 48 hours or failure to attend will result in forfeiture without refund or rescheduling.
4. Consultant Rescheduling Rights
In cases of illness, travel, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances, Code Pilates Academy reserves the right to reschedule the session. No refunds will be issued; a new date will be arranged.
5. Professional Scope
This consultancy provides strategic and professional guidance only. It does not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. All implementation decisions remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
6. No Outcome Guarantee
Results such as revenue increase, career advancement, certification success, studio growth, or business performance are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend entirely on individual implementation and execution.
7. Confidentiality & Recording
All sessions are confidential and strictly limited to the consultant and the participant. Audio or video recording, duplication, or distribution of session content is strictly prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, methods, strategic tools, documents, and verbal content shared during the consultation remain the intellectual property of Code Pilates Academy and Barış Özdemir. Commercial use or redistribution is prohibited.
9. Technical Responsibility (Online Sessions)
Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet connection, camera, and audio setup. Technical issues on the participant’s side do not justify refunds or session extensions.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed solely for booking and communication purposes in accordance with applicable UAE regulations.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
