Consultancy sessions are delivered on-site at the client’s facility as booked. Duration is determined by the selected service package. Sessions cannot be extended beyond the reserved time.
Payment & Reservation
Reservations are secured upon full payment confirmation. All fees are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Approval is granted at the sole discretion of Code Pilates Academy.
Travel & On-Site Logistics
On-site consultancy within Dubai is included. For locations outside Dubai, travel fees and logistical arrangements may apply and will be agreed upon prior to confirmation.
