Reformer Group Class Teaching Techniques and Flow Planning
An NPCP-approved international workshop awarding 3 Continuing Education Credits (CECs). This 3-hour session equips Pilates instructors with essential tools to deliver safe and effective Reformer group classes, focusing on structure, sequencing, and managing mixed levels while maintaining Pilates principles and safety.
Participants learn efficient transitions, clear cueing, and class organization strategies to teach dynamic, well-structured sessions. By the end, instructors gain confidence in leading engaging and adaptable group classes.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
• Structure clear, safe, and well-organized Reformer group classes.
• Design effective class flows using logical progression and smooth transitions.
• Apply verbal and visual cueing techniques appropriate for group teaching environments.
• Modify exercises to accommodate different client levels within the same class.
• Maintain biomechanical accuracy and safety while creating dynamic and engaging Reformer flows.
• Demonstrate effective class management and observation strategies to enhance clarity, engagement, and overall class quality.
